I seem to have gotten rather drunk rather quickly last night. As a result, I treated my wonderful devalmont in a not too nice fashion because I was confused. Luckily he understood my inebriated state, calmly ignored me and got us safely home and then whisked me from the floor where I passed out to a nice comfy bed, whilst starting on a 'find akonken' mission. He's ever so good. We like him. He's currently on the verge of being a Dave's Syndrome victim though so anyone with any cooling ideas and thoughts, please send them his way.

Thank you to libellum, strongtrousers and elise, our hostesses and hosts for the evening. I'm sorry we didn't stay longer - I think I'll drink less next time! And apologies to anyone who I rambled drunkedly at. I hope I wasn't too annoying. Unfortunately I can't remember most of it. :-(

Right, off to get a shower, some food and then welcome akonken over.

In temperatures like these, I don't touch alcohol at all as it's difficult enough to stay hydrated in the first place. Alcohol hits so much quicker and that's what most likely happened to you.

your fellow is indeed a champ amongst men. I recommend cold showers and lots of water to drink, or even better, half fill coke bottles with it and freeze them.. super coool.
