Roomie Needed

A few weeks back, devalmont and myself posted saying we might have a room in our house going spare soon.

Well, that soon has arrived. Our housemate is leaving early November so we need someone to take his place.

The house is just after the railway bridge on Mill Rd, about 15 minutes walk from town and 10 minutes walk from the station. Ideal for the London commute.

We're looking for an individual (it's a double room but the house really couldn't support two couples) who is Goth-friendly, ideally who knows us, and who is sensible but knows how to enjoy themselves. We're both non-smokers but do not prejudice anyone who wishes to smoke outside. We have one occasional visiting cat (who isn't ours!), but other than that no pets, unless you count guitarists.

The rent is £290 a month + bills, and although the room is available from early November there's no huge rush to fill it, if you need to give notice on your current place.

Please can I suggest a very nice young man called Chris aka shortcipher who is known to people you know I'm sure. He is solvent, a non smoker, works at Jagex or used to (not sure) and in very great need of accommodation. I shan't mention this to him in case you don't like the idea, but if you do, go to his LJ and say I sent you. He'll be exceedingly grateful.

not that i dont want to! i would love it more than anything... just at the moment, i cant really. Just gotta get my life back on track first etc, etc, etc... you know how it is sometimes
