Oh, it's sometimes not fair on those that are there. Most of the time, I'm coping fine and dealing with things. But if I've had a bad day of it, I just lose the ability to deal with everything and I kind of go meep! Last night was a meepish one. I hate it when it happens, I detest crying when there are other people around.
So, no, I'm not apologising for having a bad day, but I AM apologising for the way the emotions escaped.
I do have a degree of control over it, and it was silly little things that kicked me off after a long hard day, rather than anything important. Had I had a good day, I'd have been fine.
