Got a song stuck in my head, and I don't know what it's called or who it's by....

You know Silence of the Lambs, where Buffalo Bill is dancing around naked, putting on make-up and then posing in front of the mirror? What IS that track that plays in the background?

I don't have the film so I can't pause the end credits to figure it out. Also, I've tried before but given I've nothing to go on, it's a tad tricky. First person with the right answer, I owe you a drink. :D

Anyhow, just to make your life that little bit easier, I've done some detective work.

Amazon.com has the soundtrack listed, but it only contains the musical score. The songs used throughout the movie are not on any CD.

The track you're after is called "Goodbye Horses" by Q Lazzarus, it's also been covered by a German band called Psyche. The cover version is easier to obtain (apparently).
