Bless. A very enthusiastic, bouncy, crazy, loud, fab guy one moment and the next - intenese, deep, peaceful, thoughtful, caring, understanding. He has two very distinct sides to him. If you haven't met both, you don't know him. They compliment and contradict each other and I have the immeasureable pleasure of knowing a little of each.
