Considering I've just found out something about my Landlord, the above isn't at all true...Ho Hum...

Soooo... last night

Well, I admit it... I had a great time (though a rather drunken one).

The plan was Costers to meet Simon, Filly and Phil, then home. Simon and Filly were looking exceedingly loved up, so I joined toxicpixie's group of friends for a little while, after giving up on an exceedingly inebriated Phil (that's what no food for four days does to you - not to be recommened).

Tragically, the toxicpixie convinced me to adjourn to Gallows after rescuing poetman and karohemd. So off we went! Met Tom there and continued to have fab random conversations. A few ales later, we were in Eddies - where I let the side down and spent the majority of the evening dancing my lil goth boots off in the rock room.

I was finally rescued from make an UTTER fool of myself by toxicpixie who came to take me safely home, where I proceeded to protest my soberness and alterness to sapphrine - and promptly feel asleep in a drunken stupour.

On waking at 11ish, I assisted sapphrine in the finishing of his Chicken Satay, and toddled round here.

Which brings us to tonight. The plan is... kinda... The Soak with my ex-work friend Katie B, then possibly Bacchus, followed by Eddies once more.

Sisterly Advice...

I've just been having a rather serious chat with my sister. Being that I've recently been mugged, and previously someone attempted to grab me and drag me off, my sister and I had the following conversation:

DON'T walk about looking at your phone / watch / looking in your bag - you look distracted.

If someone approaches you from the front hold your hands out in front of you and SHOUT stay away / dont come closer etc. They look for VICTIMS who will act like victims.

SO make lots of noise and struggle like hell.

They generally go for women with long hair, in a ponytail so they can grab it.

Carry an umbrella or something - they dont like to be attacked back!!!!! But something long - keys dont scare them.

They will only stick around for 2-3 minutes if you put up a struggle - cos they wil be caught if they stick around much longer - so remember that!

Well, plans change. Katie B, despite telephone calls promising to get in touch, didn't meet up with me as planned (she's lovely and gorgeous but not exactly the most reliable person on the planet). So as planned, I went straight to Bacchus with toxicpixie, sapphrine and kamalaya, NO food available, so to Bella Pasta, then home as it was snowing and the prognosis for getting home easily post eddies was not promising.

It's now raining. Nice!
