I'm fine - just fed up of going round in circles with situations when there's nothing I can do to help, or affect change and so desperately want to - but at the same time, keep getting caught in emotional cross-fire.

And it IS a gorgeous song - my take on it is 'say it, say it now, say it loud and proud before it's too late and don't wait!'. Which isn't anything at all to do with recent situations but just felt apt anyway.

Hope all is well with YOU, haven't caught up in ages.

Yeah I understand that actually.

I must say I like that philosiphy, I am a lot braver than I used to
be with regards to saying stuff ... its a good feeling to know you can
even if occassionally it is scarey :)

Well its never dull let me put it like that, it could be better and it
will be, because nothing is outwith the sphere of my control with regards
to my life, with a little elbow grease it all works out eventually.
