Apparently, there is a washing fairy who replicates dirty clothes when you are out. She can be bribed with biccies. But only if they're chocolate.

Because life is too short for plain biscuits.

I love talking with my Mum, she's gorgeous and wonderful and never ceases to make me smile! She gets so busy with thinking of what to put in her non-stop stream of snail mail that she nearly forgets to take off her socks for her shower.

I'm sat here having a freshly brewed coffee which was sent via a snail to the Chief Serving Wench at the Twig and Broom Coffee Shop (the coffee shop I will eventually own - steal that name at your peril!) chatting to her on msn. Mum, just so you know - I love you. Lots. And I miss ya. AND I'm really looking forward to next weekend for a hug or several dozen. If I do sound like you, it's most certainly a good thing. I'll not be afraid, because you are most definately NOT scary. At all. You're mad and brilliant. I'd be honored to be like you.

Mind you, she's written to min_ki's (my sister) flatmates before now, for no other reason that the fact that they've commented on how ace her letters are and that they don't get stuff like that from their Mums.

Bless ya chick - looks like we were both thinking of her today. However, I didn't manage to phone her and am now on my way to work. Did write her a note, so that'll keep her nice and cheery.
